Oatey Bites
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup almonds chopped finely
50g cup sunflower seeds
50g cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut thread
1 tsp vanilla bean extract
50g raisin
395g can of condensed milk
200g white chocolate for topping
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 160OC
2. Line a 20cm Square baking tray, (at least an inch deep), with baking paper. This makes it so much easier to lift out.
3. In a large bowl mix, all the ingredients until the condensed milk is evenly distributed. Press into the lined tin.
4. Bake for about 35-40 mins.
5. Place chocolate in a glass bowl and sit it over a gently boiling pan of water to melt.
6. Drizzle chocolate over the bar. Once the chocolate is set cut into the portion sizes you prefer.
